This is marksman’s golf, you don’t survive here unless you’re dialed in. I played the whites at 6,000 yards and still found myself shaking my head more than once.

It’s the kind of public course that thinks it’s semi-private, with rolling meadows, ponds on nearly every hole, and enough trees and bunkers to make you question your confidence.

🍕 Clubhouse & Amenities

The clubhouse is remodeled, with wood-fired pizza, steaks, and a patio that begs for a beer. The staff are so friendly you’ll wonder if they’re paid to like you. Add a driving range with quirky football goalpost targets, and it becomes one of the most fun warm-ups in the metroplex. Oh, and the carts have GPS, which is an underrated luxury when you’re trying to pick a smart miss instead of reloading from the tee.

⛳ The Course

The course itself rewards precision, not power. Blind shots, creeks, and narrow fairways make this a thinking man’s track. The 17th tempts you with a short fairway, but miss and you’re reloading. Still, when you pure one down a tight fairway, Woodbridge feels elite.

A few rough fairways and powerlines aside, this place overdelivers for the price. If you’re chasing a challenge and a little caffeine-fueled swagger, this one’s for you.

Woodbridge is one of the best balance-of-fun-and-focus rounds around Dallas. It’s approachable, sharp, and filled with small details that make it feel premium. At this price point, with this design, you’d be crazy not to give it a shot.
