Right next to DFW Airport…literally. You’ll feel like you’re about to check a bag when you pull in. Easy drive from Dallas, Fort Worth, or anywhere in between. You’ll probably spot an Aston Martin in the lot and a plane overhead before you tee off.
⛳️ Layout / Course (West)
Bear Creek West is wide-open but still strategic. Plenty of room off the tee but sneaky bunkers and water to keep you honest. It’s not tricked up. Just fun. Walkable-ish, but you’ll want a cart. Playable for most skill levels, especially from the right tees.

Booking: Online via GolfNow. Singles welcome. Easy to snag a tee time.
Practice: Full range, big putting green, chipping area. Good setup.
Clubhouse & Carts: Surprisingly country club vibes—mouthwash and mints in the bathroom, casual grill, tons of golf happening.
Carts were solid. Pace: Smooth in the morning, could back up on weekends.
Big complex with East and West courses running simultaneously. Just now on both, it’s probably going to be a SLOW round.
Final Word:
Bear Creek West delivers access and variety. It’s not as polished as Grapevine, but it’s easier to book and just as much fun. You can roll up solo, get paired with some characters, and still feel like you’re part of a golf scene. Bring your clubs, maybe a flask, and enjoy the truck yard vibes.
