KartPath is for the city-based, public player.

We explore and review public golf courses with the same obsession others reserve for fancy dinners and watch collections.

Priorities:

Location: How far of a drive outside of the city are we talking? Over 30 minutes is a grind.

Access: Can you get a tee time without stress, especially as a single? GolfNow a plus.

Practice: Grass range, chipping, putting…what can I use to warm-up or practice?

Course Quality: Interesting golf, memorable holes, great condition. Playable over punitive.

Pace: Can you finish before sunset? 4 hours or less is IDEAL.

Experience: Emotional. What is it for prime for a weekend w/ friends or solo practice round. What is the vibe – clubhouse, cart quality, cart girls. etc. Are we talking a semi-private or pure muni?
